As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in mapping, measuring, and analyzing project sites to ensure our operations are built on solid ground. Your expertise will provide the precise data needed for successful project execution, from initial planning to final implementation.
Based in Kenya and reporting to the Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring that all measurements meet the highest standards of accuracy.
Operational Management
- Setting out
- Interpolation of levels
- Levelling
- Calculations of cut-to-fill quantities
- Countour drawing
- Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features
People and Relationship Management
- Supervise and give guidance to field staff
Reporting & Analysis
- Report on survey results and present findings to Engineer
HSEQ
- Follow HSEQ Procedure all times
Compliance
- Company policies and standard operating procedure
- All relevant laws and regulations
Perform any other duties assigned.
Education/Qualification:
- Diploma in Land Survey
Work Experience:
- 7+ years of experience
IT Skills:
- Working knowledge of CAD Software, GPS, and GIS
Language:
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili
