As a Mechanical Fitter, your primary purpose is to play a critical role in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of key mechanical components that drive the success of our operations. You will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, installing, and aligning structures, static equipment, and rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless integration of machinery and infrastructure, ensuring that every component operates efficiently and safely. - Analyzing blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of components to be constructed.
- Constructing structural components from raw materials.
- Inspecting fabricated components to ensure accuracy in size.
- Installation of mechanical parts, including structure, rotating, and stationary equipment, as per procedures.
- Achieving daily targets and weekly work plans with tools and equipment.
- Providing daily work briefings to team members and ensuring daily housekeeping.
